Heartland Hotel Corporation provides a range of acquisition and disposition expertise for our investors. Our financial resources allow us to focus on growth strategies through hotel investment and joint venture partnerships. Our hotel management strategy effectively re-positions hotel assets to maximize investor-partner returns. We have access to equity that allows us to acquire well-located, under-managed and under-capitalized assets.

Heartland is interested in management contracts, especially with owners who want to form a virtual partnership. Equity investment is always an option, in whole or in part as a joint venture. Triple net leases have also been very successful.

Heartland will enter into management contracts to operate a property on behalf of an individual or institutional owners, involved or absentee. We will work very closely with the owners to ensure that their goals are met. We have helped sell properties, turn distressed hotels around, and maintained properties in long-term relationships.

Joint ventures and partnerships allow the owner to have confidence that Heartland has an equal stake in the bottom-line success of the property. This ensures that everyone has a long-term outlook and commitment to the hotel.
